I led a 14-person in-house team producing 200+ omni-channel assets across brand, sports, customer, and event campaigns with a $2M annual budget. I partnered with brands like Red Bull Racing and Spotify to create Oracle’s most-viewed video (4.77M views) and a WSJ campaign with 99M+ impressions. I also scaled YouTube performance (+744% MoM views) and introduced new systems for intake, vendor management, and prioritization—cutting production costs by 10%.
